The major effect of using anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS) is that it causes an increase in size, improves physical performance, increases strength and helps to build muscles faster than the normal process. Anabolic steroids of the II type are much safer than the steroid of the I type. These steroids are produced from a chemical called stanozolol. It works by binding with the amino acid homogosterol in the muscle cells. When stanozolol reaches the muscle cells, it will cause the hydrophobic receptor to release a hydrogen molecule (which is hydrated) into the amino acid sequence of the muscle cells. This hydrogen molecule will then disable the hydrophobic receptor, allowing water entry into the muscle cells where the anabolic steroids will enter the cell, increasing the amount of water in the muscle cells.
